Qantas Travel Credits Class Action

A consumer class action has been commenced against Qantas Airways Limited on behalf of persons who held tickets for domestic or international Qantas flights that were cancelled due to COVID-19 travel restrictions.

The action seeks full ticket price refunds, as well as interest and compensation for other consequential losses.

The action is being conducted by Echo Law, with funding provided by CASL.
