Deborah Preston, Group General Manager

Deborah has more than 15 years of experience in the litigation funding industry in Australia.

She joined John Walker at Investor Claim Partner Pty Ltd in 2019 and assisted John and Stuart with the establishment of CASL in 2020.

She has provided extensive administrative support for funded claims and general business operations, including financial and internal and external compliance. She managed compliance activities for twelve litigation funding schemes where CASL was Responsible Entity during the time funded class actions were regulated as managed investment schemes by ASIC (2020 to 2022).

Deborah holds a Master of Business Administration from Swinburne University.
